| Returns and refunds | Refunds for reasons attributable to the customer are not provided in principle, due to the nature of digital services. | Cancellation | Paid plans purchased on the web can be cancelled at any time from the settings screen of each product. Paid plans purchased via in-app purchase on the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled from the subscription management screen of the respective store (they cannot be cancelled from within the app). In either case, the service remains available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. |
