dotSync (the "Company") regards the protection of information assets entrusted to us by our customers as a key management priority, and works to ensure information security in accordance with the following policy.
Scope
This policy applies to all information assets handled by the Company and to all officers and employees who handle them.
Our commitments
・Establish an internal structure for information security and appoint persons responsible for it.
・Limit access to information assets to what is necessary for business, with appropriate authentication and authorization management.
・Implement technical safeguards such as vulnerability management, encryption of communications, and logging and monitoring.
・Provide continuous information security education to officers and employees.
・Prepare incident response procedures, and respond promptly and prevent recurrence when incidents occur.
Compliance
The Company complies with laws, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security.
Continuous improvement
The Company periodically reviews and continuously improves its information security practices.
